Management Team

The management team brings a combined 50 years of diversified industry experience to Waring Avenue Entertainment. This team consists of highly qualified professionals, and is augmented by a supplemental staff on a project to project basis. These are recognizable industry leaders, employed as production specialists and international distribution brokers.

Jeffrey Harrier - Producer/Development & Acquisition

With over Twenty Five years experience in Hollywood Film Production, Jeffrey
Harrier has produced, co-produced, & line produced Feature Films, National
Commercials, Television Programming, and Corporate Films. He possesses the
expertise and experience to garner the maximum creative production quality,
while keeping the film productions on schedule and within the financial
budget. Past clients include Advertising Agencies such as Campbell-Mithun,
Grey Advertising, Ogilvey & Mather, Leo Burnett, and BBD&Q, for whom he has
produced commercials such as McDonalds, Mercedes Benz, Chrysler, Budweiser,
Wells Fargo Bank and AT&T, among others. He has also produced for Paramount,
HBO, Lorimar Telepictures, Buena Vista, and World Events. In the entertainment
field, he has produced and co-produced projects including "Extreme Honor,
In The Shadows, The Black Rose, Running From The Shadows, Getting Played,
Panama Bay, The Sports Section, Solid Gold, and Eye on Golf." Jeffrey Harrier
has been a member of The Directors Guild of America for over twenty five years.

Joseph Menza - Executive Producer/Sales & Distribution

With over twenty years of entertainment experience, Joseph Menza has worked
as a Producer, Director, Actor, and Writer, and is now concentrating on producing,
development and acquistion. He has worked with success in film sales and helped in the
development of Film Artist Network. At the American Film Market held in Santa Monica,
he was the top salesman for Film Artist Network in 2002 and 2003, and
Capture Entertainment in 2004. As a West Coast Distributor, with Capture Picture
Partners 1, he helped acquire, develop and distribute feature films and multi-media
projects for the Theatrical, TV, and Video markets. He provides production and
arranges financing for independent projects as well. He has developed companies
working with writers, directors, and producers in creating film productions, and has
a secure background in International Finance, banking and distribution. Menza will
bring his feature film marketing and advertising agency experience to bear in the
development of this company.
