The Company seeks to invest in selected opportunities to build equity in a library of product. Waring Avenue Entertainment's founding partners will utilize their respective skills to insure each property has the best possible marketing, sales and distribution support. The relationship between Independent Producers, Writers, and Directors and the partners will be exclusive to financing, producing, and distributing from product acquired or co-produced.

WARING AVENUE ENTERTAINMENT will establish and finance the development company, discover, qualify, and develop the stories, begin and manage the marketing of the pictures, fund the production of the pictures, produce the pictures, mature their marketing, and manage the global distribution of the pictures. These are seven critically individual, processes that will insure that the production team produces the pictures it wants, and that each picture individually has the greatest opportunity for artistic and financial success.
